Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of the views of teachers of the naturalmathematical, literary cycle of subjects in relation to the formation of the scientific picture of the world, the image of the world of high school students, their holistic world outlook and scientific thinking. On the basis of the study, which determined the needs of teachers, the authors reveal the content of the concepts “scientific picture of the world”, the conditions for the formation of the scientific picture of the world, the image of the world of students; the need to use these concepts as a clear basis for integrating the contents of educational material programs, textbooks natural mathematical, literary cycle into the integrity, the indicator of which is the subordination of all its elements to the general laws of nature, culture and environment. It is substantiated that the named programs and textbooks should include the methods and forms of learning specific to the formation of the world of science, the structure of the world of students (the structuring of the educational material of the themes, the sections of the system textbook on the basis of the general laws of nature, culture, environment, the lessons of generalization of knowledge, during which the students present the components of the scientific picture of the world, the image of the world, lessons in the environment, which can be conducted jointly by teachers of several subjects and on which the basic situation of realization is fulfilled and — “interaction researcher to study the subject”). The article deals with various aspects of the research of experts of the Club of Roma: “Pathological features of modern worldview are connected with fragmentation, aggregation of knowledge” and the role of system textbooks in overcoming the pathological features of modern worldview
