Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the selection of culturological texts in the process of mastering the Hebrew language in the Lyceum. It analyzes the relevance of the problem, the purpose and content of education from the point of view of culture in the corresponding paradigm of education, highlights the philosophical and psychological and pedagogical foundations of the educational process, the leading principles of the formation of cultural competence and cultural competence as a component of the communicative competence of the individual, the theoretical foundations for the selection of culturological texts of different genres and styles in mastering Hebrew in Lyceum.
