Abstract

In the article the conditions for the transition to market relations, where professional qualities of managers who become the prerequisite for the creation of favorable relations in the educational process of the institution of general secondary education become especially significant. Therefore, an important condition for the development of modern educational organizations is the forming of professional tolerance among the heads of secondary schools as a special kind of tolerance that is inherent for professional activity.
