Abstract
The article proves socio-communicative competence qualities can influence on business orientation review on the benefits of professional or career development based on example of becoming professional social workers. Was found, that non-professional requirements to the level of socio-communicative competence development may provoke inclusion of changing from goal to target mechanism, making the change of individual’s business orientation. It is assumed that found tendencies can be demonstated in other areas of organizational development.
