Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of "competitive graduate" in terms of the requirements of the modern labor market. The general views of scientists and practitioners about the nature, factors, types and conditions of competitiveness are considered. The place of Ukraine in the Global Competitiveness Index and the Human Development Index is presented. Predictive expectations regarding the most up-to-date professional competencies and new professions that will be in demand in the near future are presented.
