Abstract
Article deals with the results of comparative study of psychophysical, regulative, value features of senior pupils and teachers, and features of their character. It has been concluded that these features within the dynamics of collective agent of psychological-pedagogic interaction are potential and complimentary. In particular, pedagogues’ inclination to domination could be balanced/added with pupils ability to submission; so called “pedagogues attachment” – with pupils aspiration for independency and individuality; adults’ volitional and pragmatic behavior – with pupils relaxedness, their ability to give way to emotions, imagination; frequent changing of pupil’s’ emotions and their extravertion – with teacher’s stable mood and pedantry; pedagogues’ intolerance to the world and their striving for distinctness in interpersonal communication – with pupils’ tolerance to ambiguity, their orientation for escaping the problems and rational concentration on self-realization.
