Abstract

Socio-economic changes in Ukraine, crises request of the competent employee increase in the role and place of ICT and digital technology in human life, technologization main production processes is the need of society to quality education opportunities to learn throughout life, new forms of learning and management of educational institutions. The modern philosophy of management of the ZSSO should contribute to organizational development, the formation of a value-oriented unity of the teaching staff and the creation of a cultural and educational environment for the life of the individual.
