Abstract
The article reviews elaboration and reflection of educational materials on the secondary education forecasting models developed in the independent Ukraine in the contents of teacher’s pedagogical forecasting manual. It is substantiated that theoretical and practical teacher’s preparation for forecasting development of the secondary education system will involve his or her assimilation of forecasting knowledge and skills related to the secondary education development forecasting models developed in the independent Ukraine. It is determined that one of the best ways to display these educational materials is to construct a corresponding section (chapter) of the teacher’s pedagogical forecasting manual. The list of such educational materials, which is expediently reflected in the contents of the manual, is determined and substantiated, namely: historical phasing of the regulatory framework making of the Ukrainian secondary education system development, texts of policy documents extracts from this regulatory framework on the basis of which the reconstruction of these forecasting models took place; information on reconstructed forecasting models of the secondary education forecasting models developed in the independent Ukraine; terms, theoretical provisions for educational, pedagogical and didactic forecast, necessary for this information assimilation; questions, tests and tasks that will ensure this theoretical material conceptual lean and teacher’s practical training. It is determined that these materials reflection in the pedagogical forecasting manual will be carried out both in its textual and non-textual components. The prospects of further research, regarding the creation and experimental testing of text and non-text materials about the secondary education development forecasting models developed in the independent Ukraine which will be included in the contents of the teacher’s pedagogical forecasting manual prepared for publication.
