Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the humanistic image of career guidance of the teachers and the senior pupils in terms of specialized schools. The differences between classical, neoclassical and postnonclassical rationality were figured out. The methodological problem of social and moral development of the Ukrainian youth on the basis of postnonclassical thinking is raised. The social and moral paradigm of the postnonclassical methodological approach to forming the variable education at the high school was considered. It was found out that due to the latest approach to vocational guidance, such moral principles and qualities as humanism, social consciousness, humanity and so on are developed. The prospects of implementing major social and educational functions of the postnonclassical approach, namely, high school education in social and professional ideals, emotional intelligence, etc were determined. The socially predetermined postnonclassical principles of career counseling that include social and moral behavior, humanity, social guidance, social partnership, etc. are discovered. The necessity of upbringing the social and moral values of students by means of postnonclassical specialised education is proved.
