Abstract
The teaching manual is devoted to the issues related to the professional development of management personnel in transnational corporations. The key competencies of managerial personnel of modern transnational corporations are considered, trends of professional development of managers are reflected, forms and methods of personnel training in transnational corporations are analyzed. An important place in the manual is given to the process of becoming a corporate education and the prospects for the professional development of management personnel in Ukraine. Addressed to scholars, doctorates, post-graduate students, teachers of higher and post-graduate education institutions, business managers and human resources development departments, pedagogical staff of corporate training centers.
