Abstract

The curriculum reflects the content of the special course devoted to the professional development of management personnel in transnational corporations. The subject of the curriculum covers the key competencies of the managerial staff of modern transnational corporations, the trends of professional development of managers, the forms and methods of training personnel in transnational corporations. An important place is given to the process of formation of corporate education and prospects of professional development of management personnel in Ukraine. The topics of the special course should be used in humanities and economics institutions of higher and postgraduate education, during the internship training of personnel at enterprises, in corporate training centers.
