Abstract

The paper considers the problematic of why pedagogical staff often encounter manifestations of occupational burnout syndrome during their work. Many factors influence the emotional state of pedagogical workers: age, gender, professional experience, family status, number of children in the family, information overload associated with the intensive development of ICT and the implementation of reforms in the educational field. In Ukraine, these factors are accompanied by the economic situation and the war in the East of the country.
