Abstract

The article shows the determinant of professional activity of people with hearing Impairment in Ukraine. The author indicates that the open job market is not adapted to their Employment, moreover, legal regulations are only of declarative character. The article рresents also new tendencies which aim to improve the situation of hearing impaired people in relation to individual and independent living.
