Abstract

Realities and perspectives of implementation dial education in the training of managers. The author analyzes the features of dual education in Germany and investigates the feassibility of a real correspondence of multi-level training of managers to the up-to-date evolutionary requirements for their professional as qualifications, well as the corresponding regulatory and legal framework that would contribute to their professional development throughout their lives. The author concludes that borrowing German experience and upplying the dual principle of managers would be useful, first of all, for universities, students, enterprises.
