Abstract

A retrospective analysis of the prerequisites for the creation and development of corporate training centers is carried out. There are two basic approaches to their creation - an alliance with traditional educational institutions or specialized service firms (most often - management-consulting) and the formation of an independent structure. The peculiarities of functioning of these two types of corporate training centers are analyzed. The notion "corporate university" and related definitions are described. Formulated the most important requirements for the creation of corporate training centers.
