Abstract
The monograph is devoted to the problem of transformations in education in the aspects of decentralization-centralization, humanization processes, standardization and differentiation of education in the EU and the US. The authors describe approaches to the interpretation of educational transformations in educational space abroad and in Ukraine; the approaches of the foreign countries used for the realization of reforms are disclosed; outlined the prospects of using foreign experience in Ukraine.
