Abstract
Topical issues aimed at introduction of training technology of forming prosocial conduct of teenagers from vulnerable categories in the educational process of school have been revealed. The mail notions of the mentioned process (training, prosocial conduct, forming of prosocial conduct, training technology, 11–15 years old students) are defined. Task, principles of training course implementation, ability and skills which teachers must own have been mentioned. A seminar-training structure is presented. Examples of interesting forms of work are made. Effectiveness of teachers’ training is analyzed to implement training technology (capture special knowledge on issue, activation of thoughtful (analytical, comparative activity), observation and memorizing of programmatic material); development of verbal abilities; an improvement and correction of skills of interpersonality and professional intercourse on the basis of sincerity, openness, respect, tolerance; acceptance of spiritual values as one of main values of life of man; education morally of active personality, which is able to expose the displays of sensitiveness, justice, dignity, mercy, tolerance, conscience, peaceful nature, goodwill, willingness to help other; forming of consciousness, help to pupils in self-realizations, development of their aspiration and capacity for self-knowledge, self-affirmation, forming of positive and active «I-concept».
