Abstract

The author distinguishes tendencies of development of modern pedagogical education, including and special. The peculiarities of realization of the main tasks of the Bologna Declaration in higher educational institutions of Poland are considered. The Polish system of higher education has undergone certain life restructuring processes. They relate to the implementation of the Bologna Declaration resolutions, in particular: the introduction of a two-tier system of training and doctoral studies, the standardization of diplomas and the issuance of additions to them, the introduction of the basic system of crediting the educational process (ECTS), the mobility of students – the MOST program, the assessment of the quality of education. The implementation of the resolution envisaged the following goal: the approximation of the educational system of Poland to the real needs of society, the provision of appropriate means of education, increasing its competitiveness, the impact on student mobility. It was emphasized that the directions of transformation in the Polish system of higher education, including and special, related to the implementation of the Bologna Declaration. They significantly contribute to the formation of a civil society, which realizes its rights and actively participates in the life of the country. However, not all issues have yet been resolved. By this time, the attitude towards people with special needs in Poland continues to emerge. This is due to the fact that sometimes such persons encounter certain misunderstandings in society.
