Abstract
The training manual outlines the organizational principles for the establishment and functioning of inclusive-resource centers, describes the recommendations of the implementation of the main functions of inclusive-resource centers, in particular, carrying out a comprehensive psychological and pedagogical assessment of the development of the child, providing psychological and pedagogical, correctional and developmental services for children with special educational needs and ensure their systemic skilled support. The textbook describes the peculiarities of the development, education and upbringing of children with special educational needs; advices and exercises of the educational needs of children are provided. The publication contains useful information for parents as participants in the educational process. The teaching manual is addressed to inclusive-resource centers staff, inclusive class teachers (groups), practical psychologists of educational institutions, staff of resource centers for the support of inclusive education, local authorities of education departments, as well as parents of children with special educational needs.
