Abstract

The article deals with theoretical aspects of the concept «responsibility» in works which are given by foreign researchers. The analysis of these works helps the authors to conclude that foreign researchers consider moral act to be the core of responsibility, this moral act is based on moral values such as responsibility and conscience.
