Abstract
Considering the importance of scientifically proved accounting of the success of schooling in indicators of external independent evaluation, a revised version of the prioritization method is suggested, where "the total intensity (the value, desirability, attractiveness, utility etc.)"of any two comparable evaluations taking 12-point scale equals a unit. On the one hand, it increases the number of iterations required to determine the rationed coefficients of desirability of the evaluations data with a certain level of accuracy, however, on the othe hand – it helps to ensure a smoother dynamics of comparative differentiation of evaluations significance. The acceptability of the coefficients obtained in the 2nd iteration, is proved, as in this case, the desirability of evaluations is non-linear and is described by a parabolic function.
