Abstract

In the article the author reviews the system of the practical psychologist’s work in accomplishment of psychological monitoring of teachers’ professional competence, their readiness and abilities to the innovative activity in the context of the experimental research work of the all-Ukrainian level at Gymnasium, defines tasks and instruments of the research and the tendency in development of the motivation of the teaching staff’s self-culture.
