Abstract
In the article the essence of public worship in the temple for impaired people, service in the church, Sunday school, which is displayed on the spiritual development of personality is done. All this can influence on the process of forming of valuable orientation since childhood. Young generation and middle-aged people with problems with hearing are able to socialize in modern society. Definitions «value», «valuable», can be implemented in religious organizations. They have such functions as: valuable-oriented, regulatory, communicative, as well as cultivation of norms of communication. Merciful religious organizations and their functions, implemented in the areas, form charity actions both within their own organizations and beyond, so members of mentioned organizations are able to gain experience. Compensatory function in the spiritual world helps believers to recognize their problems and can give spiritual protection; educational function promotes religious education of individuality. Organizational work aimed to educate spirituality of individuality is closely connected with ideas about church services and spiritual forming of people with problematic hearing. Solving this problem, we have proved possibility of deaf people to work with ordinary people. We must pay special attention to persons with special needs, we must help them in their spiritual growth, social experiences and valuable orientations. Forming of spiritual world of deaf people is possible, visiting churches, monasteries, holy places.
