Abstract
The article presents the author’s methodology for training subjects of educational activity to the application of a theoretical model of predicting the development of general secondary education. The relevance of the study of the process of preparation of subjects of educational activity to the application of the theoretical model of predicting the development of general secondary education, the development of the specified methodology is substantiated. The developed methodology is based on the theoretical model of predicting the development of general secondary education, created and proved by the author. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the components of training of subjects of educational activity is determined to the application of the theoretical model of predicting the development of general secondary education as an educational phenomenon, namely: its subjects, object, purpose, content, stages, means, conditions, result . The content of the specified training is of particular importance that is determined by the components of the theoretical model of predicting the development of general secondary education. The stages of preparation of subjects of educational activity to the application of the theoretical model of predicting the development of general secondary education, taken into account during the development of the methodology, have been determined, substantiated and described. The methodology consists of five consecutive stages, co-ordinated with the stages of the above-mentioned preparation, namely: organizational-diagnostic, information-motivational, educational, control-corrective, final (evaluativeeffective). The main functions, which the methodology will perform, are identified and substantiated, namely: informative-instructive, stimulatory-motivational, diagnostic-evaluative and educational.
