Abstract
The materials presented in the monograph are aimed at rational regulation of social relations, creating prerequisites for a dialogical understanding of social communities. Social dialogue is considered as an instrument for solving social problems through an effective negotiation process, reveals the socio-psychological principles of technologization of social dialogue. Concepts that expand the point of view of social dialogue as an effective tool for achieving sustainable functioning of social systems contribute to the formation of positive experience of constructive conflict resolution and expertise of destructive confrontations, provide mastering the phenomena of socio-psychological nature as important components of the formation of society are presented. Addressed to psychologists, sociologists, social workers, and executives enterprises and organizations, politicians, as well as professionals, whose professional activities are related to the harmonization of socio-economic interests of various social groups and government structures and optimization of the process of mutual understanding.
