Abstract
A contemporary view of the bio-psycho-social model of child’s organism development has been represented in this article. The structure and the dynamic content of the ontogenesis (establishment: transition from one particular state to another; formation and improvement; transformation as self-evolution), its stages in relation to appearance and specificity of manifestation of age peculiarities, facts that determine them and the defining role of an individual trajectory of the development for the necessity argumentation of a flexible educational environment creation have been revealed in the article. There has been represented the “children with special educational needs” concept on the ground of essence of the concepts “academic failure”, “dysontogenesis”, the analysis of their reasons appearance, the international experience of the inclusive education establishment, as well. “Classification features” of special educational needs have been determined in the context of the educational criteria: psychophysical peculiarities, learning activity acquirement peculiarities, peculiar properties of the contact establishment with social environment and developmental peculiarities that are caused by social environment influence. The categories of children, that are able to study in inclusive conditions, have been separated.
