Abstract

In the article the characteristic features of active educational-cognitive activity of pupils and create the model of social formation of personality in the process of implementation of pedagogical technologies in the conditions of profile training. Grounded pedagogical technologies as a multilateral comprehensive means of improving the quality, effectiveness and accessibility of General secondary education, which allows due to changes in the structure, content, organization of the educational process to take into account the interests, aptitudes and abilities of students, create opportunities for the education of pupils in accordance with their professional interests and intentions concerning continuing education. The presented model of the development of high school students in the way of their social development, which can serve as a matrix for the selection of appropriate pedagogical technologies in the conditions of profile training. The author explains that the use of the model involves modeling of situations, role playing, joint problem- solving. The educational process is organized in such a way, when most of the learners involved in the learning process, promotes awareness of what they already know and what they think. Joint activities of students in the learning process, development of educational material means that each makes its individual contribution, there is an exchange of knowledge, ideas, ways of working and mutual support, which allows not only to obtain new knowledge, but to consciously choose the future professional activity.
