Abstract

The author considers the phenomenon of the variable educational component. Guided by the regulatory framework, he identifies certain periods in the development of the variability of content of education in institutions of general secondary education. The author's attention is focused on improving the mechanisms and technologies for realizing varialive of content of education and its potential on the principles of approaching the teaching material to the realities of the present. The conclusions are based on the results of the analysis of the theory and practice of realization elective courses. Since creatively developed personality can be modern in innovation, in this context, self-value characteristics of the individual are very important. The content of the school's variational educational component should take these priorities into account. The author has investigated that pedagogical groups do not use sufficiently the rights granted to them in the forming of a school educational component. Mechanisms and technologies for realizing the potential of the content of the variable component of profele education are needed for improvement. Taking into account the individual characteristics of students when choosing the methods (technologies of implementation) of elective education is to enable them to choose the ones that most contributes to development in accordance with educational opportunities. Conceptual changes taking place in the field of general secondary education result in the modernization of the content of full education and the corresponding pedagogical technologies for its implementation, as well as the continuous improvement of the professional skills of the heads and teachers of schools. At the present stage of the development of the educational system of Ukraine priorities are defined that are related to the profiling of general secondary education; the search continues for ways to harmonize the contents of educational subjects with the development of scientific, production and social sectors; defines the requirements of a globalized society, which functions in the mode of information, information and communication and technological innovation. The continue study of the supply and demand of the labor market, service sector, entertainment industry, etc. In this connection, the essence and functions of updating the contents of the variational educational component in the structure of profile education, are studied. Problems associated with the search for ways to implement specialized education become relevant. Scientists are working on the study of innovative development of teaching systems and technologies for the implementation of specialized education. In general, pedagogical science and educational practices focus on the educational potential of education, on its ability to develop in pupils the desire to live happily, to think creativity, to show interest in self-knowledge and self-determination.
