Abstract
The article outlines the peculiarities of the educational program "On the Wings of Success", prepared before the beginning of the new 2018-2019 academic year (letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 30, 2018, No. 22-2 / 10-236) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the World", the State Standard of Initial Education, and on its example, the potential of educational programs for the development of elementary education in Ukraine is revealed. The article is addressed to teachers, scientists conducting research in the field of education, teachers of higher educational institutions of education and institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, as well as to everyone who is interested in this topic.
