Abstract
The article examines the components of teachers' readiness to standardize the training of junior specialists: motivational, personal, cognitive, activity. Introduction - In the pedagogical science the readiness of teachers of vocational training to standardize vocational education of junior specialists in colleges and technical schools is not sufficiently studied. Purpose - The purpose of the article is to substantiate the structure of teachers' readiness for standardization on the competence basis of professional education of junior specialists in colleges and technical schools. Methods - a diagnostic tool for determining the levels of preparedness of teachers for the standardization of training junior specialists in colleges and technical schools: questionnaires, questionnaires adapted to the conditions of the study, standardized and projective tests. Results - data on the formation of readiness levels for the standardization of training of junior specialists in the teachers of colleges and technical schools of the agrarian, construction and engineering industries are given. Originality - In the course of the study, it was specified: the criteria and corresponding indicators of the readiness of the teacher to be standardized for the training of junior specialists in colleges and technical schools; on the basis of the analysis of qualitative and quantitative manifestations, four levels are distinguished: low, medium, sufficient, high. Conclusion - a high level of readiness for the standardization of education on a competent basis is formed in a very limited circle of teachers, demonstrates the need for organizing special work for its purposeful formation. In particular, the actual directions of the solution of this problem are the training of teachers in the process of raising the pedagogical qualification and training of students - future teachers.
