Abstract
The article presents the results of the forming experiment on the development of social and communicative competence of teachers of general secondary education, describes the organizational principles of the experiment, presents the data of the comparative analysis of the results of assessing the I and II sections of the seventh psychodiagnostic methods. In particular, authorial and statistical analysis of significance of the changes according to Student's t-criterion, significant differences between the cut-offs were determined and experimentally proved the effectiveness of the special course. In the course of the program, the organizational and pedagogical conditions of implementation of alternative forms of learning were investigated: accumulation system; program of personnel development of educational institution; individual programs, etc. The program of the special course "Social and communicative competency of the teacher" developed by us was implemented in a series of modular classes conducted with an experimental group of two training units: three days during spring holidays and three days during winter holidays. According to the research plan, the control of the results of influence was carried out one month after the last occupation. After the completion of the molding experiment, a control slice of empirical data from the experimental group and the control group was performed, and the dynamics of the changes and their differences were determined.
