Abstract
The manual presents a model for the individual development of children with special educational needs under the conditions of the inclusive educational environment of pre-school educational institution. The general approaches and basic concepts "individual educational route" are considered, the basic approaches to modeling of psychological and pedagogical support in the conditions of realization of inclusive practice in the institution of pre-school education. The technology of creating an individual educational route for a child with special educational needs of preschool age in the conditions of a pupil's group of preschool education institution is offered. The manual is addressed to specialists of the team of psychological and pedagogical support: pedagogues-psychologists, speech therapists, defectologists, social educators, assistant educators and children, specialists and heads of pre-school establishments that implement inclusive practice, as well as parents of children with with special educational needs. The manual can be used as a training methodological for the preparation of bachelors and masters in the direction "Psychological and pedagogical education", in the system of professional development and retraining of specialists in the field of inclusive and special education.
