Abstract

The results of the empirical study of the ideas of the village and urban population about money are presented. With an assotiative experiment and a semantic differentiation, it was certained that the urban population has a higher level of financial awareness than rural ones. However, urban residents are more negative and more skeptical about the money and opportunities they provide, less trusted than the rural population, which obviously sees in the money the opportunity to solve all their problems.
