Abstract
¢e article deals with the theoretical foundations of pedagogical modeling and analyzes the interpretation of “model” and “implementation” categories. The definition of concepts of “implementation of electronic open journal systems (EOJS) in the process of scientific and pedagogical research” and “organizational and pedagogical model of the EOJS implementation in the process of scientific and pedagogical research” have been proposed. An organizational and pedagogical model for implementation of EOJS into the process of scientific and pedagogical research has been elaborated by the theoretically grounded algorithm. It has revealed its main elements: purposeful, procedural, methodical, evaluation and productive components. Seven stages of implementation of the electronic scientific journal with the use of EOJS (procedural component) have been described; the target, content, technological and diagnostic-result blocks (methodical component) have been characterized; criteria and indicators of EOJS efficiency use in scientific and pedagogical researches and three levels of implementation efficiency (evaluation component) have been given. Scientific approaches (competency, acmeological, andragogical, synergetic, differential) and scientific principles on the basis of which the formation of ICT- competence of scientists concerning the use of EOJS have been described. The efficiency of the model has been achieved due to the completeness, systemicity and interconnection of its components, aimed at reaching the final result. The proposed model can be effectively used in the work of scientific institutes of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences and higher educational institutions of Ukraine with the aim of developing their own electronic scientific publications, which will streamline the process of representation and dissemination of research results, give quick access to them, increase both their citation by the international scientific community and the quality of scientific research in general.
