Abstract
The article deals with the problems of professional competence of civil servants, determined the architectonics of the structural content of professional competence of civil servants through a number of personal components, it was established that the professional success of a civil servant depends on approbation of the functional characteristics of his organizational and communicative skills at each of the stages of professional development. It is proved that personal demanding at stages of professional development is capable of transformational changes, which is expressed in its professional status mode as a stable integral characteristic of professional competence.
