Abstract
This article considers the fundamental features of the social order for education as atool for interaction between society and educational institutions. The theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of a social order for education have been determined. The competition system analysis as a mechanism for identifying social orders for gifted education has been carried out. Statistical and analytical data have been provided. There are different views on the structure of social order. The upbringing of younger generation, which has not only a set of basic knowledge but also personal qualities, such as leadership, ability to think creatively and find non-standard solutions, is the priority task of modern education. This will allow to fully compete at the world labor market in future. Institute of Gifted Child of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine developed and implemented a system of competitions aimed at identification of the social order for the education of gifted. The system of competitions may become an effective tool for the development of not only professional competencies of teachers, but also for significant improvement of the competitive level of educational institutions, creation of favorable motivational environment for professional development, contribution to innovative processes and identification of creative and initiative teachers.
