Abstract
The concept is oriented on a new social order regarding the objectives, content, quality and timing of school mathematics education, where the leitmotif is: the transition from a knowledge-oriented educational paradigm to a competent, the formation of the mathematical and key competencies necessary for successful self-realization in society; reorientation of the content of education into a person, on providing an active cognitive position of the subject of learning; organization of training based on the experience of the student's interaction with the outside world; the direction of education to realize the abilities, intellectual, spiritual and creative potential of the young person; on the development of sustainable mechanisms of self-education, self-education and self-development.
