Abstract
The teaching manual consists of two parts and appendices. The first part deals with: the concept of "interactivity"; the essence and definitions of andragogy; andragogical model of interactive learning; psychological peculiarities of adult education and requirements for andragog. The second part examines the criteria for the effectiveness of interactive technologies in adult learning; active forms and teaching methods as elements of interactive technologies. Examples of case-method use are given in the appendixes; A comparative analysis of the educational capabilities of the most commonly used distance learning systems that can be used in adult learning is provided. Educational and methodical manual is addressed to teachers-andragogs of the system of formal, informal and informational education of adults; teachers of higher educational establishments and institutions of postgraduate education; scholars who are interested in adult education.
