Abstract

The monograph is devoted to problems of modern higher education of Ukraine; General characteristics of the system of higher education of Ukraine are given, in particular, the structure, legislative base, system of public administration; the peculiarities and contradictions in the development of the highest level of education of Ukraine in the context of Euro-Atlantic processes are substantiated; the tendencies of introduction of innovations in higher education and the main directions of its development in the context of the ideas of continuous professional education are considered. Addressed to heads of higher educational institutions, scientific and pedagogical workers, graduate students, undergraduates, scientists, students of institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education, teachers and students.
