Abstract

The article substantiates main tendencies of reformation of school education in Ukraine in XX century according to the designed periodization, with taking into account the socio political, economic, and pedagogical determinants. It argues in favor of necessity to study history of the school reforms, which promotes understanding the modern innovative changes in the educational sphere of Ukraine.
