Abstract
The methodical recommendations ensure the formation of a common understanding of the role of information and communication technologies in the processes of identifying of gifted children and young people. The paper presents methodological requirements, conceptual apparatus and description of the toolkit. The conceptual principles of modeling the diagnostic environment in consideration of development of the information society and modern diagnostic tools are considered in details. The problem of implementation of the program model of the diagnostic system, as well as requirements for functioning in the conditions of the diagnostic space, are substantiated. The general aspects of the development of modern ergonomics of programming are considered; ergonomic conditions of creation of diagnostic systems are presented. Recommended for psychologists, teachers, students, and for all who are interested in the mentioned issues.
