Abstract
An organization model of native education, innovative changes which have been having place in its structure last years are represented in the article. Peculiarities of a stance on child’s needs in a context of regular and special components of a native education are exposed through the concepts «ontogeny» and «dysontogenesis». A non-achiever problem in a system of regular education is analyzed as a variety of spontaneous inclusion.
