Abstract

In the theses of the report, carried out on March 29, 2018 at the First All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Working with the traumas of war. Ukrainian experience" analyzed the features of using the Playback Theatre as a tool for trauma-sensitive psychosocial support for internally displaced persons (IDPs). It is shown that the specificity of the socio-psychological space and creative activity inherent in the playback theatre provide an opportunity to quickly and effectively recover the personal potential of the tellers by creating personal and general narratives. Practical recommendations on the main points that should be taken into account by the specialists of the playback theatre during performances for IDP are given.
