Abstract
In the article studies informational approach expressed in conceptual informatiology. Based as a theoretical and methodological framework for the analysis of ideology of the information society is information and the related formation of information culture and consciousness. Information approach conformation considered on the basis of the works of N. Castells. Revealed the formation of a new social stratum of society, which he called netocracy that prevails in the information society. Analyzed the impact of nformational on the development of modern society, the deterministic information and communication technologies. The conclusion is that informatiology is an influential factor in the formation of the ideology of the information society. The result is the ideology of the information society, based on innovation, is the ideology of innovative development of countries striving to achieve competitiveness under conditions of globalization.
