Abstract

The article is devoted to the important issue of professional self-fulfilment. The article analyzes an experimental study performed at the trade union organizations subordinated to the Kyiv City Council of Trade Unions. The objective laws of trade union employees’ professional self-fulfilment were studied during the experimental study. As a result of the experimental study analysis, the general factors of professional self-fulfilment of trade union organization employees were determined.
