Abstract
The article analyzes the process of labor upbringing in the perspective of the interaction of subjects of the educational space. On the basis of theoretical generalization, the main characteristic of the constructivist ness of the pedagogical (upbringing) interaction is identified ensuring the exchange of mental experiences: ideas, perceptions, feelings, desires, etc., in order to achieve the identity of these experiences in the involved actors and the increment of resources of each of them. It is this exchange that stands out as the subject of the psychologist's activity in ensuring this constructiveness. It is summarized that the work of a practical psychologist of an educational institution, connected with the formation of value attitudes towards work in junior pupils, can be carried out on two levels within the framework of his functional powers: as direct - the development the personality resources of the pupil, and indirectly - in working with teachers and parents for increase their resource in terms of ensuring the constructivism of educational interaction.
