Abstract

This article deals with the development of human resources of higher educational establishments, as one of the areas of strategic management. The author of the article pays attention to the peculiarities of modern human technology in the context of realization of the ideas of philosophy of person-centered approach. The author gives reasons for the solution of this problem in educational theory and practice, and collectively defines areas of human resources of higher educational establishments, proves that the ideas of philosophy of person-centered approach provide a systematic approach and ensures the ideological consideration , education , psycho- pedagogical and technological components of human resources strategy of the formation higher educational establishments including signs invariance forms, types , methods and characteristics of professional activity of academic staff and etc.
