Abstract
The research project "System of informational and analytical support of pedagogical researches on the basis of electronic open access systems" was completed. The object of research - the process of organizing, conducting and implementing the results of scientific and pedagogical research. Subject of research - information and analytical support of pedagogical researches on the basis of electronic open access systems. The purpose of the research: to develop a system of informational and analytical support of pedagogical researches on the basis of electronic open access systems. Methods of research - theoretical (analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the development and use of electronic open access systems, systematization and synthesis of theoretical and experimental data); the substantiation of the model of informational and analytical support of information researches on the basis of the use of open access electronic systems and empirical ones (designing a prototype of the electronic scientific publication on the platform of Open Journal Systems and carrying out its experimental implementation). systematization and generalization of theoretical and experimental data); the substantiation of the method of using the system of informational and analytical support of scientific researches on the basis of electronic open access systems. Research results: the conceptual-terminological apparatus of research for the information-analytical support of pedagogical researches on the basis of electronic open access systems is determined; domestic and foreign experience of their use are analyzed; general approaches to the use of open access electronic systems in pedagogical research are defined; the model of informational and analytical support of scientific researches is substantiated; a prototype of an electronic scientific publication on the platform of open journal systems was designed; Recommendations on the use of a prototype electronic scientific publication on the platform of Open Journal Systems; the method of using the system of informational and analytical support of pedagogical researches on the basis of electronic open access systems is developed; electronic resource is developed and implemented at the Institute of Information Technologies and and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine electronic scientific resource - an electronic scientific publication on the platform of open source journal systems OJS; the results of research in higher educational establishments and scientific institutions are implemented, the results of the research are summarized and formalized. Results of the applied research: electronic scientific publication on the platform Open Journal Systems (https://journal.iitta.gov.ua/index.php/itlt/index; manuscript of the manual "Informational and analytical support of pedagogical researches on the basis of electronic open access systems". The results of the research can be used by scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers of scientific institutions and higher educational establishments, postgraduate students and researchers, as well as a wide circle of the pedagogical community. Conclusions: informational and analytical support of pedagogical researches on the basis of electronic open access systems will allow to influence the quality of scientific research works, to optimize the use of domestic scientific and pedagogical resources in the world of information space. The development of a system of informational and analytical support of pedagogical research on the basis of electronic open access systems will satisfy the scientific and pedagogical needs for implementation: publishing, dissemination and use of research resources; will increase the effectiveness of informational and analytical support of pedagogical research carried out in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, will increase the efficiency of scientific research and use of their results to ensure the development of the educational industry in Ukraine.
