Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of designing and implementing technologies of personal and professional development of adults. The problem topicality is highlighted. Research concepts and terminology are specified. The essence of the development and implementation of personal and professional development technologies in the context of the innovative personality potential is clarified. The of innovative personality potential analysis through correl ation characteristics of motivational sphere of a human (professional values, goals, self-esteem,level of aspiration, motivation) and perational areas (professional skills, the ability to learn, techniques and technologies as components of professional skills, creativity) is substantiated. The attention is stressed on the fact that all components of the innovative potential determine the level of innovative personality capabilities, organization, their sensitivity to generating and innovation. An innovative learning environment is proved to be as a mechanism to optimize the innovative personality potential, which is required to generate new ideas, new products creation, technologies and the promotion of fundamental and applied research in various fields. The innovative learning environment is emphasized to contribute to the development of innovative personality activity as the main criterion of readiness for innovative activity in the field of professional fulfillment. The necessity of interdisciplinary research implementation in the sphere of working out and implementation of personal and professional development technologies of adults is justified.
