Abstract

The prospects of work in creating a network of digital libraries of scientific institutions NAPS Ukraine. There is need for effective cooperation of all institutions to preserve and provide free access to scientific and educational information. Economically viable is the organization of information exchange of all information infrastructure (scientists, authors of scientific publications, publishing research and educational institutions, libraries and information centers) to ensure conversion of publications into electronic information products with high levels of free access.
